Ok while getting into the game was quite easy sending items and costumes proved to be a challenge, first of a word of warning the cash shop and everything related to Zen does not work, it has something to do how Zen cash needs some webpage confirmation to work so you can't actually get Zen to show up in game.
That said you can get/send various costumes and here's how to:
First of to use the GM Tool you need the servers to run and YOU NEED to use the SQL Account and SQL Password details found when launching "[1] Start Servers" (the "RH Server Configuration Assistant" window) For easy access to Costume ID's here is what you need:
Connect with "[4] Navicat" to "Rusty Hearts Loulx" DB, then go to "RustyHearts" => "dbo" => "Tables" => "Base_ItemTable_Costume" and here you will find all of the ID's of costumes, you just copy the ID where the option for sending mail to your character is (there are 3 boxes for sending items). I have no idea if there's also cash shop costumes here but the costume i really wanted to have for Natasha was there so i'm fine with it, of course in the "Tables" section you can find other item category tables and ID's that you could send to yourself.
WARNING! Do NOT send items or edit your character's gold before reaching level 20! You can soft lock yourself from even some of the quests! For some reason if the game decides you have to much money for small levels it doesn't allow you to get any other items in your inventory in many situations.
PS: I also tried editing the character level to bypass this get the costume then edit the level back, but i still soft locked myself, so just have patience until level 20-21!
